REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At TRUEINSURANCE, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and easy-to-follow return and refund policy.

1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. The following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in new and resalable condition.
  • The product must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

TRUEINSURANCE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products or personalized items.
  • Services rendered.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed according to the original payment method. If your return is approved, we will credit the amount to your account within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service at info@trueinsurance.click immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

5. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.

    TRUEINSURANCE is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations may not be possible. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
